Kathy Broock is the #1 Realtor in the State of Michigan. She treated us like we were #1. I was tasked with settling my brother’s Estate in Livonia, MI. I live in Atlanta, GA. I credit my brother’s first-class next-door neighbors with keeping the yard and house looking lived-in for several months, as we emptied the property. Kathy helped prepare the house for sale at the end by providing first-class resources. The house sold within a week of being listed because of this excellent teamwork. And the property sold almost $50,000 above the listing price. Kathy’s clients run the gamut of property values. My experience shows that Kathy sees real estate sales as people interactions.
